Equine Personal Liability Coverage

This coverage is designed to provide coverage for bodily injury or property damage to others caused by your personal horse when used for non-commercial purposes.

Equine Commercial General Liability

This coverage is important if you perform any commercial equestrian activities such as breeding, boarding, horse sales, training, instruction, etc.

The policy can be extended to provide on premises coverage for independent trainers or instructors, while acting within the scope of their duties at your operation.

Equine Professional Liability

Provides coverage for legal liability resulting from any negligent act, error, or omission arising out of your professional instruction and training activities

Care, Custody or Control

Consider this coverage if you breed, board, or train horses for others. If you are found legally liable for the death, injury, or theft of one of these horses, this coverage will provide for the medical care or replacement cost of the horse up to the policy limits. Policy limits are on a per horse/per year basis.

Equine Event Coverage

Liability coverage is available for individual horse shows, clinics, or equestrian competitions. Coverage is provided for the actual event days declared and includes days for both setup and takedown.

Equine Clubs & Associations Coverage

This coverage is designed to provide liability coverage for equine member organizations and for their public event days. Public event days are those activities in which non-members participate, or to which the general public is invited.

An annual policy provides coverage for up to seven public event days. Coverage for additional days is available for an additional premium.

Farm Stable Liabitlity: Can include liability coverage for Riding lessons, Trainers, Clinics, Horse Shows held on your premises or leaded premises, Boarding, Breeding, Show Stables and Horse Sales. Can also include coverage for Personal Dwelling and barns.

Stable Liability: Can provide liability coverage for Riding Lessons, Trainers, Clinics, Horse Shows held on your premises or leaded premises, Boarding, Breeding, Show Stables, Independent Instructors Liability.

Farm Owners: Property Coverage, Liability Coverage and Equine coverage packaged under one policy. Farm Umbrella.

Comprehensive Personal Liability

This coverage is available in conjunction with a farm property policy.
