Angela T. Tingen - CISR Commercial/Personal Lines Customer Service Agent Ms. Tingen has over 30 years experience as an insurance agent/ customer service representative. She maintains her Property & Casualty, Life, Accident & Health, and Broker licenses. She graduated from the Institute of Insurance in 1979, obtained the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation in 1989 and is currently working towards her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.
